They all have some interesting points but miss the bigger picture. One key point they have is about processed carbs.

However there is no one diet right for everyone. Remember we all come from different backgrounds. Just take a look at the research that Dr. Price did in 1930 in regards to nutrition.

I am more in line with Dr. Kelly's research - Metabolic Typing (don't confuse this with a book on the market called "The Metabolic Typing Diet".

I have used Dr. Kelly's work with Cancer patients with much success and have also applied it to elite athletes including Olympic athletes.

I just presented a seminar last Sunday and I covered the basics of Metabolic Typing in use for fat loss. I use it will all our clients in my facility with much success.
