I am currently working in Dublin but want to see if I can get a package more or less so I can go work over in Singapore as I know a lot of banks are doing that at the moment. I have a few years of derivatives experience in the back and middle office for two big american banks.
A fair few recruitment agents have referred me to do this but I am not sure what money to ask for and what packages companies will give you.
