you can use a levels or o levels with customer service experience.Joycee wrote:xmischax wrote:you can look at my post on page 538 of the thread "SIA Cabin Crew", i wrote it all there.
ya ya.. saw it.
So if you don't have a dip, they will reject you immediately? Are there many degree holders who went?
not really.. most look normal, like average. most of them are skinny though!Joycee wrote:It's alright ppl, at least you guys get the experience. We can go to the next recruitment drive together.
I did emailed SIA HR department before, and asked them how frequently will there be recruitment session. They replied and said every 2 months there will be one. But it might not be for local FA. If so, 2 months from the foreign recruitment, it will be recruitment for local FA.
Those girls who got in are they really super beauties? Or did they present themselves well? They speak very confidently?
all the girls got thru are skinny? oh my... there goes my hope... heee.... was thinking gg tmr.xmischax wrote:not really.. most look normal, like average. most of them are skinny though!Joycee wrote:It's alright ppl, at least you guys get the experience. but since they only select skinny girls, i dun i stand any chances i guess... i am the big-boned type of person with wide hips, plus i am nt young, above 25yrs old...
anyway, all the best for the girls gg tmr and those who pass all the rounds today! good luck!
There isn't any standard regulation with the requirements and being on the smaller frame or rather "skinny" isn't the criteria they are looking for.xmischax wrote:yeahh.. the skinny girls thing is just what i noticed, i`ve not seen all of the people who were selected. perhaps i just happened to see the skinny ones? lol
go try for it if you`re serious about it! you never know until you try, you know!

As it is, they regard yourself as the whole package, and of course lady luck plays a huge part too. No one has been able to give a definite answer on what are the requirements and as it is, you can only try your best.
Frankly, much grooming, different tones of dressing and all the beauty care and products in the world aren't going to help unless you're cut for it. Probably it might help just a bit but trust me, girls have got past the first round in jeans so it's really that X factor they might be looking for.
Don't try too hard else you wouldn't yourself. They want the real you! Just my 2 cents worth so just take it as a pinch of salt.

Well the experience will come in handy in the future. Well, definitely it's better to be in your formal dress code for interviews because you will leave a better impression even though they might not be looking at this aspect but we never know.Joycee wrote:i am not sure, can you advice?
