It's alright ppl, at least you guys get the experience. We can go to the next recruitment drive together.

I did emailed SIA HR department before, and asked them how frequently will there be recruitment session. They replied and said every 2 months there will be one. But it might not be for local FA. If so, 2 months from the foreign recruitment, it will be recruitment for local FA.

Those girls who got in are they really super beauties? Or did they present themselves well? They speak very confidently?

ya ya.. saw it.

So if you don't have a dip, they will reject you immediately? Are there many degree holders who went?
you can use a levels or o levels with customer service experience.

no dip as in you are graduating but haven`t gotten your dip physically and officially yet. some private dips not accepted, as well as if you have dip but no 5 o levels, also not accepted.

There isn't any standard regulation with the requirements and being on the smaller frame or rather "skinny" isn't the criteria they are looking for.

As it is, they regard yourself as the whole package, and of course lady luck plays a huge part too. No one has been able to give a definite answer on what are the requirements and as it is, you can only try your best.

Frankly, much grooming, different tones of dressing and all the beauty care and products in the world aren't going to help unless you're cut for it. Probably it might help just a bit but trust me, girls have got past the first round in jeans so it's really that X factor they might be looking for.

Don't try too hard else you wouldn't yourself. They want the real you! Just my 2 cents worth so just take it as a pinch of salt.

Well, definitely it's better to be in your formal dress code for interviews because you will leave a better impression even though they might not be looking at this aspect but we never know.

I understand that Emirates needs to be very formal, therefore different airlines have their own minimum expections. You wouldn't expect to see someone dress shabbly for a banking position, would you?

In a nutshell for the rest, go only when you meet the minimum requirments and when you feel good about yourself. 158cm and below, you will be wasting your time and private certificates wouldn't get you anywhere too.
