The simple answer is you can't. However, qualified teachers may sometimes take a course such as; Teach English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) also known as TESOL (not sure if they are the same) which is an additional certificate. Perhaps what they are offering operates somewhere along those lines but I don't know for sure.

Hi Plavt,
Check this out, you don't need to be a teacher, you can qualify for the Diploma after 120 hrs, it's really worth doing I think, it may also interest you! With this diploma, there are many opportunities
overseas. http://www.asianlifeskills.com/tt_tesol.htm

One month for a Diploma in TESOL is too short. Any TEFL/TESOL course which prepares you for teaching is 100+ hours. You can't do justice to it and include a practicum in only four weeks. Sensible schools do it in 2 plus months. For example, British Education Centre has good native speaker trainers, proper resources, a wide international base of participants from Britain, Australia, South Africa, the US, Kazakhstan etc and does not make claims about training you to be a competent teacher in four weeks.
