hi
anybody had to deal with a neighbor that likes to put moth balls in his apartment? the stinks comes from his bathroom windows and main door. HDB.
he also likes to go out after showering wearing only a towel in his waist and put talc in his body. this is every day.
unfortunately, i have had too many disputes with him already that i can't really approach him to ask him to stop putting the moth balls or stop coming out half-naked.
any suggestions?
