Please do not be fooled by the following product or those who are selling the product. The jury is still out. Most of the data supporting the product is anectdotal. It seems to be placebo at best.

Found this oldie when searching for Arnica.

So, is it still considered snake oil? A friend who used it said it worked for him on a hand injury, which is what I need it for.
