Mainframe Job for 3 years experienced

Post by mailbalaji » Wed, 06 Dec 2006 5:22 pm

Hi,
I am from India. Are there any Mainframe Openings in Singapore? What will be the average salary that they give for 3 years experienced person?

I'm married and have a kid too.

Kindly suggest me some links where I'll get some vacancy details also.

Regards,
Balaji

Mainframe? You do not give enough information. Are you systems? Apps? If apps, are you a COBOL legacy programmer (if answer = Yes then Pay = $$$).

There are lots of openings for mainframe developers at the moment. But it is usually as a contract staff. Very hard to land a permanent position in my experience. Try forwarding your CV to online job sites.

Hi,
As you have asked, I am a legacy programmer. I even handle Mainframe Production and Support.

My skill set is COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, TELON

Can you guide me with what will be the salary range & some consultant details?

P.S: I'm from India and I don't have work Permit
