NTSC TV

Will a NTSC (LCD) TV work in Singapore. I am in Korea and plan to relocate hence the question

No. But do check the manual, many modern TVs can be switched between PAL and NTSC.

Manual says only NTSC

Converter for NSTC to PAL available

I believe you can buy a converter for the NSTC TV so it will receive PAL transmission. I saw a web based offer for a couple of hundred dollars. It is popular with gamers, but I beleive it will do TV & CATV reception from PAL. I am looking at it now as I have 2 flat TV LCD which are NSTC.
