tarzanboy...
For minor diaper rashes – to soothes and relieves the skin irritations >> Dermoplex calamine lotion OR Drapolene can be found in major pharmacies.
To prevent infection > a soothing antibacterial cream which helps prevent infection and aids in the natural healing nappy rashes & etc. > Savlon Antiseptic Cream.

hihi... my son's condition was worse especially when hot weather... hisrashes is very bad and would always scratch his wound... so worried and later my doctor advise me to use desitin... bought from Guardian.. .but only 2oz at SGD12.70... so expensive.. later my friend introduce an online website at
www.kidstuff.sg and they sell desitin too for 4oz and at SGD12.64 only... so much cheaper.... i did try ordered once and was delivered within 3 working days... save me lot of money. But when using desitin... must use sparingly to be effectively.... my son's condition is very much better now...

ya i was thinking of getting over the counter desitin, which it's quite expensive... 2oz for about 12.70 at guardian...
this site sells 4 oz for US$8.10, plus shipping it's still more cheaper. how fast do they ship?
