No. At least not yet.

Yes.

Most cafes and such have wifi, but you almost always have to pay. Cybercafes are kind of thin on the ground, but there are a few in eg. Bugis and Little India. Public libraries are also an option, but they too charge money.

Hi, I am new in this forum. I wil be going over spore to stay in 2 weeks times.

Besides singnet, pac net and starhub, i realized that there is another broadband connection from M1. How was it? Is the connection stable?
And there is a free service, that you can choose once you sign up any of the broadband plan. I saw there is a laptop. So this laptop is loan to us? Which means when we want to terminate the account, we also need to return back the laptop as well?

you sharing the connection among your roommates?? It could slow down the connection speed by sharing. And also part of the taiwan earthquake infection. Even the broadband connection is slow in msia.
