really hope those who are current JAL crew or those who have been for their interview can give us their few cents worth of advice.

but my full name doesnt even have this 'chin' word.. kinda puzzled now.. perhaps calling to check it up tmr..

JAL is having another recruitment on 28 Oct,applications for the position must reach them by 24 Oct.So girls,there is actually no interview on 13 Oct itself?

Sent in JAL application, for the next sat, 13th oct. Didnt get any respose. Maybe is I have applied last feb and unsucessful. So blacklisted. Shd I sent in again for 27th oct ?

Hi,shl.When did you sent your application?Perhaps you wait for a few more days since they mentioned abt getting back to all shortlisted applicants by 9oct.
I dont think they blacklisted you just because you failed the previous recruitment.For myself,i went for the recent interview during sept and proceeded till the final interview but unfortunately,did not receive the call for medical checkup. After that,i actually called JAL office to check if i can apply for the oct one and she actually encourage me to try again.She mentioned that JAL dont practise "banning" or "blacklisting" candidates just because they attended the recent interview.I would say JAL practise equal opportunities to all,even though i was not selected and thought that they preferred new faces for coming interviews,unlike SQ which practised the 6mths ban if candidate failed in her final interview.In addition,the personnel at JAL office is really friendly regardless of face-to-face or over the phone.
Even if you are not shortlisted for the 13/14 oct one,try again for the next one.I am sure your perseverance will pay off one day.

did u state your email?? cos they mentioned that those without emails will be notified by post.. which means,perhaps u gotta wait a few more days??

if next week im unsuccessful,perhaps i'm gonna send in again..

did you get in?how's the interview like?

when i go first round interview it was with 4 interviewer, my group has got 6 people.
then after that you need to go into this room where u read a chinese passage to another interviewer.
4 will be selected and then we went for the final interview with 6 interviewer.
lastly there's a skin check.

only 20 will be selected...

have u sent ur application for the october intake?


i just went for my medical checkup on monday...
