It's good to learn more as we're sincere about servicing the aviation industrial but when people took advantages of the situation, it can be really demoralizing. Nothing comes easy, of cause. 
It's your willingness to be taught that you can learn. Why insit on repeating the mistakes, when some people are kind enough to teach.
