Congrats to all who got in for this recruitment! Hope to see you there at the signing of contract!
As for those who didn't, don't be dishearted. Try again. I tried SQ before and was rejected, but I stayed determined. You can do it. Believe in yourself. Cheers to all!

It seems that you have been selected? Congratulations babe!
The Japanese crews are very lazy and you have a lot of galley work but nevertheless, it's a good experience.

Dear twinkling,
M's right.. Just stay humble and be prepared to work really hard, esp as a new crew. You are expected to be in the cabin most of the time while they slog in the galley.. Shall do fine then..
Best Regards,
Julie Tan

Well, someone whom was really close to me was with JAL. Basically the JAP crews tend to slack and might be a bit slow with their services. If you're new, you're most probably assigned to the galley for most of the time but of course, I might be wrong.
Nevertheless, you have to be hardworking to earn your colleague's trust and just like SIA, seniority matters in this particular airline too.

hi,
under the JAL requirements, it says perfect eyesight.. that means short sighhted pple like me cant join? or does it means as long as ur with contact lens and able to see will be fine? and also, do the seniors bully the new recruit? cause recently i saw this japanese drama called [attention please].. the senior air stewardesses kinda treat the newcomers badly..
thanks!

I'd check whether for the Japan job you could do it on a contract basis rather than a standard employment contract.
BTW well done on doing two jobs...
