elane, i think you can read through the previous entries at around page 87+ if you're free. from what i know reading this forum, it seems like the pay-wise is not that attractive as compared to other airlines (around $1600+). but still if pay-wise is of top concern for you, JAL is not for you i guess. I read somewhere on this thread that for the second round interview you will have to read a passage, and it's in Chinese. Hope I'm right about that.
