to all girls waiting for call after the med checkup..

i've checked with another girl who have passed & signed the bond,
she said usually JAL wil take roughly a wk or so to contact u regarding the results..

hopefully they can call us earlier..
trg starts at 14th Jul & i need 1mth tender notice.

even if offset my annual leave oso scare not enough..

Hahas, yup, Hopefully the briefing is on Sat. So I would nt hav to take unpaid leave! =X

yeah..hope to c u there too! =)
my case is abit special lah..they put me on urgent case so I got to know my medical results on the same day. I went in the early morning and got to know the results in the afternoon just before the 1st briefing was held as they wanted me to join the 1st group that was briefed on 12 June.

U gals r from the 2nd batch coz apprantly a few gals didnt take up JAL's offer so its sort of like replacement lah. But, it sure is Gd News to us all coz we all want the job BADLY. think positive...I think they will call even if we didnt make it....by this fri ba...oh no, we r left with 2 wks to tender! I only have 4 days to offset my leave...grr. I feel bad to my boss too!

yup. I was so suprised to received the call.

We are sort of "Replacement", I still glad that they call. We are under the KIV list. =))

haha i think there are many of us in the kiv list then.. browsing through the pages, there are vale, alicia, star, dingdang gal, me... and intially there was akiheartfelt.. that is more than one quarter... i think at least one third opted out or unfit...

still waiting for the results... hmmm...

Yeah... i think their kiv list was pretty long... cuz they told me to tell them early if i wanna back out so they can call the standbys...

Anywayz, who really cares if we are standbys or not... we still got in lor... in fact should thank those who opted out... heee...

I've decided to take it up... and rejected my current job offer... so yeah! I will see you girls in training...

Those still waiting for medical results... no fret.. im sure all will get in alright.

meanwhile while waiting for medical results to be out.. would like to ask. are there bonus working for jal?

and since was reading the previous pages too.. read that is stayover overseas are reduced, how will it affect our allowances??

i went on friday last last friday... and it was out the following thur... then i went to sign the bond on last sat morning...

if i rem correctly there will be a pro-rated bonus after being confirmed... but i thk at most a mth basic.. dun expect too much on d bonus lor...

yes heard us layover will be reduced to a day instead of 2... meaning u have less rest time... n less allowances... cuz usually you have both ground allowance and flight allowance...
