There is no such water confidence test. This is JAL not SQ. Basically the 3 rounds of interviews require you to make self introduction, then skin check, roleplay,passage reading etc.
Well if you know how to speak japanese introduction, you can try to make some after your english introduction to the panels of interviewers.
There's of coz height measurements and weight as well...
Japanese likes ladies to wear stockings and cover shoes. In their culture, it is consider polite. No crossing of legs and good posture.
They will check your body for tatoos(mainly).
