Could anyone tell me if whether SIA will accept anyone who has a Malaysian passport but have done all their high school and tertiary education overseas, outside of Singapore and Malaysia?

they esp like to recruit msians. so no worries.. just apply and try your best
the deadline to submit is 2nd december so hurry download the form from the internet and attach a cover letter with a full length photo of yourself and also with your certificates to them. all the best to you.
