hello!
has someone tried out london weight management? is it really effective? coz i need to loose 20 pounds in 2 months.

My frenz say they do hard selling even though you do not want to buy their package. For me, I feel very uncomfortable in this lol.. For me, I lost 14kg in 3mths and it is alot cheaper than going to slimming salons.

yup. it's actually sentualite, but changed its name. i heard not effective also. slimming centres not worth. my friend went, spent thousands but only lose 2 kg overall.
then my friend who try meal replacement like me, she lose 2.5kg in her 1st week.

That's easy.. i lost 15kg within 2 mths doing a detox

Basically, I got friend signed up for that but it just temporary drop your weight by heat you up, wrap you up. After few days it return to original.
Not forget to lose your fats instead of looking a t weight itself only.
