Hey leftfoot...

I think this question has been answered before in the main thread... But i understannd what a chore it is to read thru 500+ pages... So here goes.

Round 1 - Group of 10
Round 2 - 1 on 1 interview
Round 3 - Water confidence Test
Round 4 - Psychomatic Test (Computer Based)
Round 5 - Management Interview ( 2 on 1)
Round 6 - Tea Party

Note: I'm not sure if they still conduct the psychomatic test as i did not go thru it... Reason being i did my water confidence test at the sports club as the pool in STC was supposedly undergoing renovation... Thus no facilities to conduct the psychomatic test... So mayb somebody who has gone recently would like to share if they still do or not...

Oh yes please take note that all are elimination rounds... Many ppl mistakenly think that there is no elemination for the party... But truth be told there are...

One more point... You can get eliminated during medical check up too... So guys whose NS PES status is C and below, be prepared to go get a review... And do not lie bout your health coz it would only be to your disadvantage...

Good luck!!

and YES i understand that even at the medical stage you can still be booted out. i know of a person who got booted out when she got her medicals not up to par. I didnt ask her why though. But what do u they normally check for? and what is this C and below which they base your health on? What do they fail you on?

it's NS PES C status, just for the guys, so it doesn't affect you.

Hmm, from what I know, yup there should be no right or wrong answers. But answers should be consistent so it reflects ur true personality.. this test will be able to identify those who pretend to be someone else just to portray an image they think the employer is looking for. But in the test, they may give inconsistent answers to questions phrased in a different way.. yup yup.. that's roughly what i know..

correct me if i am wrong. Hope this helps. :)
