We were expats in Singapore in 2001 and lived at Thomson 800 condo. just south of Macritchie Reservior. We enjoyed our stay there and now we are lucky enough to return to Singapore next year. This time we have to consider schools and fortunately it seems that the Aust. Internat'l School has moved nearby.
My question is: does anyone have any current view of whether Thomson 800 is still in good condition or are there other, newer condos in the Novena area that we should look at? (I will need the MRT to get to work near Raffles Pl.) We're looking for (ideally) a 3 b/room + 1 study in the range of SGD2,500 - 4,500 mthly.
We're checking out the condos on this website, but would appreciate any personal feedback from anyone.
