Hi, sorry for the silly question here, but I really wonder if anybody could tell me what it means these abreviations i found in the housing sections:

Amenities:
FURN/NR KALLANG MRT/1 RM
NR LRT/SHPG CTR/1 C/RM
FURN/NR BEAUTY WORLD SHPG CTR/COMMON RM

What is PSF?

And what information can i interpret from the field "view time"?

FURN/NR KALLANG MRT/1 RM = Furnished Unit/ near the Kallang MRT Train Station/ 1 bedroom
NR LRT/SHPG CTR/1 C/RM = Near LRT (smaller version of the MRT but goes thru residential estate only/ 1 bedroom
FURN/NR BEAUTY WORLD SHPG CTR/COMMON RM = Furnished/ Near Beauty World/ Common bedroom

What is PSF? = Per square foot.
