He might be trying to come to Singapore and is a carrier as well. Let's see what transpires.....

I understand this thread is way overdue. BUT MY INPUT IS RELEVANT LOL!

I'm a Hep B carrier since young and I had no problem getting my EP 4 years back before I got my PR.

Did you declare when you were applying for PR or EP?

Then what about your organ donation pledge as part of your PR status? Did you do anything about it?

Forgot the specifics, but, Hep B carrier does not mean you are contagious ...

In Fact the Hep reports shows those who are vaccinated as dormant or something ... must ask the experts ...

Ah, well, and if you are hoping to do anything in medical line, nursing, doctor, assisting, oh, ... even for handling dead bodies, forget it .. :) It won't be MOM refusing you, but, SMC, Nursing Board or whatever the relevant authority that would endorse you ..
