Anybody knows where I can find the raw ingredients to make them in singapore?

Go to Ngee Anne City, Orchard Rd - top level ( I thinks it's level 4) Whole level of art / craft supply shops - definitely stock candle / soap making supplies. Good luck.

The place at Ngee Ann is call Art Frien.. it is available at Bras Basah too.. larger store.. Bras Basah complex also have many similar shops for u to visit..
