How high that mark really is, all depends on who is the one pasting the tape on the wall. Just from my experience.

For those going for the interview. Good Luck!.

My advice, read the previous posts for an idea of what Doha will be like before going for the interview ok.

And unless you speak BAHASA MELAYU (which according to the Singapore Constitution, is our National Language), no promises on flights back to Singapore.

Reason: Singapore is paired with Jakarta flights and most of our pax going from DOH - SIN - CGK (Jakarta) usually go to Jakarta and are indonesians (mostly labour workers who only speak Bahasa). For this reason, Bahasa Language Speakers are more required on the flights. But I have seen Singaporeans being sent home more often these days so cross your fingers la.

Also, summer is coming up here in Doha.. The weather can be ridiculously hot.. and its the time when most crew just wanna call it quits.. so it can also be very oddly demoralising. :)

Most importantly, please do try to enjoy the interview and smile. it makes a lot of difference. :)

Frankly speaking,

we used to have an ex crew who applied even though he was 40. :)

Its realli not about your age (thou MINIMUM is 18 coz of legal issues la), its more about how you look.

If you're 40 and still look like you are 25, what are you waiting for man!!
