Wow...

What an interesting topic.

Would like to share a real life testimonial here.

My boyfriend was totally surportive when i told him that i wanted 2 attend the SIA walk-in interview. He eventually accompanied me 4 the walk-in, water confidence test, final mgmt round, medical check-up.... Basically, he had been through all stages with me. He has been so sweet & loving all tis while.

Hehe, i m so fortunate..

i have a wonderful bf who has been really supportive n caring enough.he went back all da way fr spore to accompany me for the interview held at kl on sept.i was kinda touched as my interview last for almost da whole day.he just patiently wait for me without any complaints..i felt lucky n fortunate to have him..
quite a number of my friends presume that we'll have a serious prob when i become an air stewardess but i have a differ thinking.i think it all depend on how you maintain the relationship and trust is very important here.though i might be flying here and there in the future but that doesnt mean my heart will change to some other richie rich here..
not every girl is materialistic here though i know majority would have the thought that 'money is the most important element in life' but remember 'MONEY CAN BUY MARRIAGE BUT NOT HAPPINESS'

Plenty - My best friend's boyfriend was from JC all the way till she was flying and they got married and have 2 kids and the pilot and flight stewardess combo.

The worst cases, one of my friends husband was bored because his wife was not in Singapore, so he cheated on her when she was based overseas and they divorced. She is now dating someone else.

Two hands to clap. You need to spend as much on this relationship as the other party. Sure, there is paranoia around, but if you have trust issues - It's over or the cracks are beginning to form.
