Question: Common Room?

Hi All

I'm looking for a room to rent and I come across many ads stating that common rooms for rent. I know this may sound silly but what does common room mean??

Do they mean the other rooms, excluding the master bedroom?

yup.. common rooms mean the rooms other than the master bedroom.. good luck in your search..

most of the common rooms dont have a attached bathroom.

Some common rooms in newer condos do have. But if you are renting one in a HDB apartment, almost all won't have it attached.
