Loan Wanted! Where to find good loan deal?

Seeking for loan!
Could someone tell me where I could get the best loan deal in town? I'm planning to borrow some $ for business and investment.

If there is anyone who is kind enough to lend me at 4%~6% fixed p.a. , please PM me. Thanks.
