Work, business or venture - Advice anyone?

Singapore retail business is massive i would say for an area so small. However, not all the designs are good over here and those who doesnt have a good business concept well have fallen into the pit. I know 2 real life people who actually flunk their retail business. So if you wish to succeed here, your designs should probably be 1)outstanding or 2)transits with the overall concept. If not i don't recommend setting up a retail here too.
