Have you done any research on the cost. I am very interested in brewing pineapple vinegar, and i do have the flow chart and diagrams, to produce the vinegar, using the pineapple skin, it's a relative simple operation although to get a good vinegar takes experience that I don't yet have.

I also have some simple raw material preparation scripts, on various fruits, for small 3 world Country processing, which are very useful indeed. You can pm me with more details,

If the investment is reasonable, I may be interested, in fruit vinegar beverages, it would save me, doing OEM, need more information.
