You haven't indicated what type of working visa you are on nor your educational level nor your nationality. Without knowing any of the above it's hard to tell.......

While a commercial and not a government site, seems they have a considerable amount regarding working permits, marriage and lots of other things including data.

When you were here previously, where you on an "S" pass or on a work permit? If you were on a work permit, did you get permission to marry your singaporean wife? Have a browse through the site above as it seems reasonably easy to nagivate and may well have your answer.

But how could ICA not reply? Have you sent to the right address?

But the world is full of fluffier ones.

R&L,

On rereading his post it seems that he has not tried to directly contact ICA subsequent to his application. As you know, ICA doesn't normal sent out arbitrary updates saying "we are still debating it". Sometimes it takes longer to suss out a potential candidate than others. I've heard of not hearing anything for up to 3 months and again as fast as 2 weeks. I think OP needs to clarify whether he has approached them after his initial submission or is just fretting out of anticipation.
