Start a club?

Post by JWNetwork » Tue, 31 Oct 2006 3:20 pm

Hmm... So odd that many in Singapore are looking to lose weight but there ain't a club for this. Why not start one, Siobhan & AussieEm?

I was overweight for 4 long years, and lost it through my school's weight-monitoring programme. There isn't such a thing for most of us now.

Can you all stick to the rules? Weight Watchers works on a point system I believe. ( My sister cheats all the time ) her biggest let down is coke cola 2 liters a day, and thin bone disease to prove it. But she failed to take my advice. The brandy and cokes are the killers!

Although it is better to change your eating habits and life style. I could arrange it, but you would have to eat the 6 meals a day that I would plan for you, with your input, every person must be evaluated differently, and I don't believe in starvation diets. I can provide you with a menu, but I decide on the calorie intake on a individual basis, after discussion.

I could arrange a trial program if there are enough interested, I guess 5 or 10 would be ideal, and you would all have to eat the same healthy cooked food, that I can arrange, of course you can choose dishes, and get a 6 meal pack a day food plan from the cook. to be delivered to your home.

My theory will work believe me

But it will be a calorie controlled meal plan, made to order and exercise will be required even if its just fast walking. The meal plan will be a week on and a week off alternatively, the week off you can eat what you want, within reason of portion size, that i decide. (although if you find the meal plan not too hard, you may wish to continue it)

instead of just writing one line silly posts, why don't you use your index finger on the mouse and click the link at read the site. That would have made you look a whole lot more intelligent than that statement did.
