try chinatown. places that sells mahjong tiles tend to sell loose chips as well. you can use them for poker i am sure.

We just bought some World poker chips from a games store in Plaza Singapura - near the escalators on the third level (near a Thai restaurant).

Sorry forgot the name! They have a few to choose from and the price varies from cheap to expensive.
