You are skilled in "computer" and "people"? :o Why on earth would anybody want to hire you if you can't even describe what it is that you would do for them?

If you don't have any work experience, get some before you try to come.

Here is the catch. If you do not have practical work experience that separates you from the many graduates in Singapore, no company here will be able to secure an EP for you since there are many locals also capable of doing the job.

Your best bet is to develop specialized experience or go to work for an MNC who can then transfer you to Singapore.
