Can a PR and foreigner co-own a property?

Post by therry » Tue, 17 Oct 2006 10:50 pm

Hi. I have been in Singapore for 8 years now and am planning to own my own place. Really not worth renting anymore.

However I would like to find out if it is possible for a PR and foreigner to co-own a new/resale private condominium? Must both parties be in Singapore?

Any advise would be a great help. Thanks in advance.

If foreigners are eligible for the estate you are interested in, you do not need to be a PR or Singapore citizen. Depends on the condo, some are eligible for foreigners, some are not. PR's are always eligible for purchasing a condo.
Time will come....
