Difference between Visit pass and Entry Visa

Hi,

With reference to Form 14, what is the difference between these three
1. Visit Pass
2. Visa & Visit Pass
3. Entry Visa

A visa gives you the right to come to Singapore. (Most Western nationals don't need this.) The visit pass is the stamp you receive at Immigration when you are allowed into the country.
