Renewal of International M'sia Passport & Re-Entry Permi

Hi all :),
Trying to help a friend in applying for renewal of M'sia International Passport thru Malaysia embassy in SG
as he's now holding a PR who's empolyee here:

Would appreciate if you ppls could give me some info. on the following questions;

1.Renewal of International M'sia Passport
a. M'sia embassy - full address?
b. What doc. required to submit ?
c. Where to get application form ?
e. How long it take to proceed ?

2. Re-applying for reentry permit ...i suppose that it should be:
a. A letter from the employer addressedto the controller of Immigration, stating the date of employment, position held &
monthly salary;
b. A statement fm CPF borad showing the CPF contribution history for the last 12 months; and
c. Income Tax Notices of Assessment for the 3 years.

Uh? For #1, you need to talk to the Malaysian High Commission, and for #2, you need to talk to the ICA (which has lots of info buried in the depths of its website).

Good luck talking to the MHC, because it does not have the depths of ICA's website...
