Hi,

May I know how much body fat did you lose?

I know of one lady who only lost 5kg overall but she lost more than 10% body fat. Do you know the end result?

Her body shape looks great and curvy! The great loss in her body fat without no great loss in body weight means she developed significant muscle mass along the way (she exchanged body fat with muscle) and thinning in the critical areas.

This is what I call a good slimming program!

In contrary, I know of a lady who lost 25 kg in a few weeks after taking some slimming pills. BUT she told me that right now her health condition is not good, always feeling lethargic and prone to flu. I could see her skin is not compact too, and sags in certain areas.

So, better be careful. Drastic weight loss is no good, may spell trouble for the kidneys.

Cheers,
JB.

jim_boy,

She won't be replying as she was locked out of her account a couple of days after that post (which by the way, was in oct 2006).

I don't think there is any miraculous product so can advise less fat food and alcool, eat fruits and vegies and of course cardio exercises like running, dancing, swimming, cycling...

do it with someone else to find the motivation.
good luck

Diet.

Choose a low carb, high protein, high fat diet. Not processed meat either - good quality food. Lot's of non starchy vegetables.

Eat 4-6 times a day. If you only eating twice a day now can't expect to just straight into 6 x a day. Build it up slowly and never miss breakfast.

Don't worry about the not eating before bed crap - if you following the above it will not make you gain fat.

Also don't worry about total calories - it's not about calories in, calories out that they would like you to believe.

Training, both strength training and metabolic training should be performed. Metabolic training includes interval training etc., and perform this after your weight training session.

With the weights, perform full body program that uses compound exercises with free weights. Do not use machines. Get someone who really knows what they are doing to teach you how to perform these exercises correctly and this may not include most personal trainers because most of them don't have a clue.

Sample strength program.

A1. Deadlift
A2. Bench Press

B1. Front Squats
B2. Chins

C1. Reverse Leg Curl
C2. Military Press

D1. Lunges
D2. Barbell Rows

Exercises are paired an rest kept to a minimum.

This is just an example and not something you shouud attempt on your first visit. You may need to perform some corrective exercise first to build you up.

Metabolic Training might only 3 min of 30/30 spints/rest.

Hope this helps

I see that some of you are doing on S-factor. Is it somekind of vege powder like Melilea??

Does it really help to curb the hunger?? And recently my appetite is weird... I can eat with a free mind... but nowadays I tend to be bloated after what I eat but I do not eat much neither is it oily. But I tend to vomit my food sometimes which is bad and which is quite often and I guess it is due to bad indisgestion. Will taking S-factor help in digestion.

You don't get hungry on low carb diet - besides you don't restrict calories.

List the foods you are eating before looking at supplements - I may actually the food you are eating and not your digestion as such.

I'm very overweight and I'm only 26 yrs old...Tried Vaser liposuction, Duromine before but it doesn't work. Used to be 97kg two months ago. After taking the S factor, I'm now 87kg. I can show you my past photo.

Those body fat machines are not accurate, and are only made as a commercial gimmick, to take your $....the caliper test, is much more accurate...You people really have no ethics at all! :P Very much like all the commericalised gyms, to be honest, kind of double standards selling high sugar drinks in stead of healthy functional beverages...because brand name crap, sells better!

The package is about 1k to 2k.. Depending on your needs actually. Yes. After the detox programme, I still go for normal meals but not with fried food or oily food. Chicken, fish, tuna are allow.. vegetables too! I'm going to the centre tomorrow with Flowerpod forum gal... If you are keen, you can join us.
