Housing Budget - ORC

Does anyone have any link or information for housing budgets here in Singapore? I am hoping for find the most recent ORC data or similar but any info will do.

We have to negotiate our housing budget this week. We have one child, a dog and would like to know what's fair. Husband is VP level at a global company.

just from my own experience, we were taken out to see some apts in Bukit Timah(?) area in mid July. 3/4 br, 1500-2000 sq f. betwen 3000-4000. if in Orchard road area, i would say, even 10,000 is not possible.

go figure it out yourself. I would try to get at least 5000 a month for housing.
