Pedal works at East Point Mall (?)at the Simei MRT. Probably not your closest place, but they do go up to size 12. I've also heard that there is a place in Lucky Plaza pass the MacDonalds, but haven't been to that one yet.

Marks and Spencers at Wheelock Place probably has some. Also the ground floor of Tangs used to have huge sizes, not sure if they still have them.

I did see an Aldo in Vivo city.

Be wary if you need to withdraw $$ at the moment there as the shopping centre is new.. only about 3 atms .. one in basement (B2) at bank , one at train-station coming off basement (B2), and another on ground level bank, though I forgot which corner of the complex it is. (circled 20 minutes before I found it)
