Is there anywhere in Singapore that sells ski/snowboard jackets?
Good quality brands like Helly Hansen, Horny Toad, Arcteryx, Burton, Colombia etc
Thanks in advance!

I can't be sure but I think it may have been in Plaza Singapura, somewhere on the higher floors, where I came across a shop that only sold winter gear. Which seemed a bit strange...

Certainly yes!
At the Marina Square. The old wing. Check out from the counter.

There are Columbia shops (Wheelock Place?), as well as quite a few winter wear places including Plaza Sing as Anna says, and also Suntec. Have a look in Marina Square. I noticed today there is a lot of sporty/outdoor shops since it refurbished. Planet Traveller is there too - and there is another branch in Paragon on Orchard Road.

Just make sure you get them big enough to fit you when you've eaten all those chocolates.

Is it feasible to order clothings from china and sell them in Singapore and other parts of the world?

Sure. You can do it.
Form a legal business entity in Singapore (sole proprietorship, partnership, private limited) so that ACRA and IRAS are happy....
