Best Condo Buildings Near Raffles area/Financial District

What are some of the good condominiums near the financial district (within short walking distance)? I would like a condo building that has a good pool and good gym as well as overall nice amenities. My office might be on the corner of Cecil Street and Boon Tat St. so a condo near there would be best. I would also like to be near some hawker centers/nightlife if possible.
