hi friends.
i m thinking of selling a product which already has a patent. i have a source to produce similar specs (change name). Do u think big department stores like metro/seiyu/sogo will sell my goods?
anyone deals with these stores? is it possible to still sell if they know this product already has a patent? any legal implication
i heard need to submit prosposal to these stores? can anyone PM me the proposal format? what are the advantages/disadvantage when selling to these big stores?
apprecaite all your advise. thanks

Seems to me that is what is known as counterfitting and could land you in hot water. No major department store would touch it as long and the patent is still valid. could also be subject to a massive fine. There is more and more MNC going after asian counterfitters now than ever before.

Unless it is your own patent! It is highly illegal to make a copy.

Expiry dates on product packaging

First post
In standard terms, if it states 08062021 does it mean 8 June 2021 or 6 August 2021?
Last post
If its an American product, its the 6th of August, otherwise it should be the 8th of June.
