Am looking for a caterer for a party of 50. Any suggestions?
Was thinking of Nouvellevents...has anyone used them for the Japanese buffet?

Not Japanese but I've used Gourmet Plus on Frankel Avenue, who did me a great selection of antipasto plates, cold cuts, roasted vegetables, cheeses, etc., and pastries for a drinks party I held.

naxos on China Square Central - I haven't used them for catering but I do love their food, it's mediterranean. I'm thinking of trying them out soon.

You should check out the makansutra forum (sorry, mods, is this allowed? very different audience from this one) - the question comes up a lot and I'm sure there will be info in the archives.

You can try www.kriston.com

It's slightly pricier, but the food is nice and the decor is not too slack either..
