Family friendly condo in the East

Post by accidental_traveler » Tue, 26 Sep 2006 9:52 pm

We are Australians working in the Eastern side of Singapore (Tampines). With our one year old son crawling like Speedy Gonzalez, we are looking to buy a family-friendly condo in the Eastern side Very Happy So far, we have seen:

Coata de Sol: great view but the unit quite small, and you pay for the view…
Modena: conveniently located but not sure about the noise from the MRT track

We checked out one unit in Bayshore Park. We liked it being spacious, even though the estate is a bit old. Any suggestions of which condos we should be looking for? Thanks in advance.

Have you checked out this site's owners? Contact Pal or Joop for more info and check out the tab at the top of the page "Housing"
