I am gonna install my new 1GB DDR SDRAM DIMMS PC2700 184p CL,2.5 RAM..I don't know where to clip the aligator clip on.Can I clip it onto my PC Casing?

Unless you are in a very cold dry atmosphere and walking around on a nylon or synthetic carpet, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I've changed dozens and dozens of Rams, chips, boards, drives, etc, and have never worn one. Humidity here is usually too high to worry much about static electricity. If your really worried just grab a door handle before touching the board. Otherwise, just clip it anywhere on the metal frame of the CPU housing.
