PR - EMPLOYER's form

Post by fx8fx » Thu, 21 Sep 2006 1:53 pm

Hi ALL,

I'm prepairing my application for PR .

Wonder whether I could sign the EMPLOYER's form(ANNEX A to Form 4A)
as I'm the head of our Singapore REP office .

Or I should get the Signature from our managing director at headquarter ?

Tks

It should probably be signed by an officer of the company, e.g., a director, MD or at least the HR Manager. If you sign it, it becomes a bit self serving. They may or may not accept it. Do you want to gamble and take the chance of having to resubmit all over again?

I would. They probably are using skype anyway if they want to check. Would be better if you gave it to them and them to not use it than the other way around. What say you? As a rep office they know your main office is the contact of choice as your's is more a sales/service office correct?
