I am new in town, any one interested in windsurfing?
R there windsurfing spots in Singapore or around Singapore?

Check out the National Sailing Centre and the East Coast Sea Sports Centre, both located at East Coast Park.

You can try PA east coast as well. NSC to my knowledge does not provide any windsurfing course unless there's been a change.
