I used to work in Hong Kong and we worked Saturday mornings.

Do companies work Saturday mornings in Singapore?

Some do. Some don't. Some have alternate Saturdays. There's a general shift now to a 5-day week with more part-time or flexible options, though some companies are slower to adapt than others.
