ntuc vouchers?

just wondering anybody want the voucher for $90 cash in exchange. :???:

The voucher is worth $100, but right now left $90 as my wife :girl: took $10voucher ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) and spend, so its $90 worth of voucher in exchange for $80 cash. hope she won't take anymore [-o< [-o< [-o<

I really don't see any incentive at all to buy a 90$ voucher for 80$, :???: Am I missing something here? and please don't say I gain 10$
