Where can I buy fabric? I know that Spotlight sells it, but was wondering if there is any other place that might be cheaper. I am mainly interested in Silk and the Chinese Brocade materials. Thanks.

really hard to find it cheap here in Singapore. Yu Hwa not cheap, but have decent range
